The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center is seeking sources that can provide Ambulance Services Transportation for the Akron, Canton, Lorain, Mansfield, New Philadelphia, Painesville, Ravenna and Sandusky Community Based Outpatient Clinics.

The VA Contracting Officer reserves the right to issue multiple awards as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 621910. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a five-year firm-fixed-price contract. The solicitation shall be posted to the FedBizOpps website on or about December 14, 2018 as a request for quote. Responses to the solicitation shall be due on January 11, 2019 by 3pm est. Offerors are advised that it is your responsibility to review and monitor the website frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information, including amendments.
