The Scientific Advisors and Consultants Staff of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and research (CBER), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), is responsible for the administrative management of advisory committees. These Advisory Committees meet periodically to review, discuss, evaluate, and make recommendations on available data concerning the safety, effectiveness, and appropriate use of biological products that are intended for use in the prevention, treatment, or diagnosis of human disease.

The FDA requires contractor support for the rental and use of a delegated voting machine for use at various CBER Advisory Committee Meetings to be held in the Washington, D.C. metro area. The Contractor shall provide voting machine equipment and 26 push-to-talk table microphones for the conferences. In addition, the Contractor shall provide on-site technical support expertise in audiovisual equipment setup and troubleshooting necessary to resolve all audiovisual malfunctions throughout the duration of the Advisory Committee meeting.

Any parties interested in this requirement should thoroughly read the attached RFQ for a detailed description of the requirements and submission instructions. Offerors must state how the offeror meets or exceeds all requirements outlined in the RFQ. The FDA intends to issue a firm fixed-price purchase order based on the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. Quotes shall include all descriptive material necessary in order to determine whether the proposed products meet all requirements. A technically acceptable quote addresses all requirements and does not just quote the RFQ.
