This is a Request for Information (RFI). This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. This notice is for MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY, and in no way obligates the U.S. Government to issue a solicitation or otherwise make a contract award. This notice is open to all interested parties.

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to execute a contract to support the Cooperative Biological Engagement Program's (CBEP) biosafety and biosecurity (BS&S) capacity building through a partnership-like arrangement with a leading organization in the international BS&S community that manages and implements an internationally recognized professional certification program in technical areas including (but not limited to):  Biorisk Management, Biosecurity, Biological Waste Management, and Biocontainment Facilities. This RFI is being issued to determine if there are qualified sources to conduct this work.
