The US Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for surveying and mapping (except geophysical) services, geographic information system mapping and geo-spatial analyses for San Diego National Fish Wildlife Refuge Complex at Chula Vista, CA 91910
Procurement is a total small business set-aside. Applicable NAICS code is 541990 all other professional, scientific and technical. Small business size is defined as $15 million.
In accordance with FAR Provision 52.212-2, the contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
The Period of Performance will be from date of award through approx. February 1, 2022. Award anticipated on or approx. February 10, 2017.
Solicitation and attachments will be posted on or approx. January 25, 2017. Proposals due on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 4:30 pm by email to Cheryl_Mockford@fws.gov. To be considered for award, interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management, SAM database at (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) and must be completed at this same website.
