CATHOLIC PRIEST SERVICES
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Schuylkill in Minersville, Pennsylvania intends to issue a solicitation for the provision of Catholic Services. The contractor shall provide Catholic Services for the inmate population in a correctional setting. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The award will be made to the responsible party or parties who submit the most advantageous quote to the Government based on price related factors only. The contract period shall consist of one base year from effective date of award through twelve months from date of award and four 12-month option periods for renewal at the unilateral discretion of the Government. It is estimated the base year will include a total of 104 sessions or 2 sessions per weekly visit. A session is defined as one hour in duration. The solicitation will be available on or about , May 15, 2019 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
