Solicitation for End Item Engine, CARRIER PLANETARY R. NSN 2840-01-113-0234, PR 70662289. DURATION OF CONTRACT ORDERING PERIOD: 12 MONTHS. THE REQUESTED DELIVERY SCHEDULE IS 725 DAYS FOR PRODUCTION UNITS. Export Control does apply. This is a Critical Application Item. The NSN is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Configuration Control Applies. First Article does apply to this NSN. NAICS is 336412. This is an Unrestricted procurement, with Other than Full and Open competition. FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a request for proposal for a Definite Quantity Contract. The requested quantity for this procurement is 9 each. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction and will/will not be initiated at the best interest of the Government. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
