CARPET REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
Long Beach Job Corps, a federally funded vocational program managed by Odle Management Group under DOL contract #DOLETA16H0004 is seeking a vendor to remove and install new carpet in the two (2) center dormitories. The vendor must provide all carpeting, removal of old carpeting and installation of new carpeting in the 8 lounge areas in the two (2) dormitories. The vendor will also remove and install carpeting in one (1) main lounge area in the East Dormitory. The vendor must provide a sample of a recommended carpet which is stain resistent as well as good for high traffic areas. The vendor may recommend carpet squares or a traditional, low pile carpet. The attached RFQ provides further information for the required bid. The vendor must provide information regarding prevailing wage for all employees assigned to work on this project. This bid is open to all vendors but special consideration will be given to small, veteran owned, women ownd, minority owned businesses. Vendors are welcome to make an advanced appointment to correctly measure all lounge areas under consideration.
