The work consists of reconstructing the existing two-lane undivided roadway into a four lane divided highway. Included with the work is the realignment of local crossroads to align with new median
crossover locations. Work consists of installing asphaltic concrete and asphaltic concrete friction course; six concrete bridge structures; 3 new reinforced concrete box culverts; pipe culverts; riprap and gabions; fence; pavement marking; signing; guardrail; seeding; and other incidental work.
