This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See the attached RFQ for solicitation details. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03 dated 12 July 2019. This requirement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry
Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423410 Photographic Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers or similar, with a small business size standard of 200 number of employees. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price and technical acceptability. All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price. Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation.
All offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database. Lack of registrations in SAM will make an offer ineligible for award. Registration information can be found at https://www.sam.gov.
The DoD requires vendors to submit invoices in the Wide Area Workflow System; please go to https://wawf.eb.mil for more information.
