Solicitation will result in a Commercial Indefinite Purchase Order IAW FAR 13.5, SPE4A219RX167, NSN 1615-011942476, CAM ASSEMBLY, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order consisting of a 3-year base period and a 2-year option period (totaling 5 years). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB will be Destination, Inspection and Acceptance will be Origin. Delivery will be 525 days DARO, based on PLT estimate.
PRICING WILL BE EVALUATED ON THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL DEMAND (EAD). THE ESTIMATED SOLICITATION OPEN DATE IS 07/12/2019. CERTIFIED COST DATA IS REQUIRED WHEN A SOLE PROPOSAL IS EVALUATED FOR IN EXCESS OF $2,000,000. THE FINAL CONTRACT AWARD DECISION MAY BE BASED UPON A COMBINATION OF PRICE, PAST PERFORAMNCE, AND OTHER EVALUATION FACTORS AS DESCRIBED IN THE SOLICITATION.
