Two staples on Left of Book, and 2 Drill Holes on Left of Book. OSP to provide art disk to awarded contractor. Contractor to provide proof and test samples to ensure bar-code is enabled. You are invited to review and respond to the attached Invitation for Bid (IFB). This invitation for Bid is open to California Certified Small Businesses and Disabled Veteran Businesses only, due to Department of General Services Administrative Order 09-02 and under the provisions of Government
Code Section 14838.5.

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly marked JOB # 115350 - DO NOT OPEN
UNTIL August 20, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Bids not submitted in a sealed envelope will be rejected.
