CAHA Crawler Dozer
The National Park Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for Purchase and Delivery to the Cape Hatteras NS Outer Banks for a crawl Dozer, to maintain off road ramps throughout the Cape Hatteras NS under the Off-Road Vehicle Park Program. Complete assembly to be performed prior to delivery to include and specified attachments, implements or accessories. Vendor shall include delivery and off-load services.

FAR Subpart 19.502.2 Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable quote meeting the requirements of the specifications.
The NAICS code 333120 Construction Machinery; standard in number of employees 1,000. To Addition: NAICS Code 333131 Mining Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing, NAICS Code 333318 Other Commercial Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing This solicitation will result in a contract with a period of (90) days. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation, please review the attachments posted.
Required Supply: The Outer Banks Group requires the purchase of (1) 104 HP crawl dozer. Delivery will be to the National Park Service Buxton Maintenance located at 46590 Loggerhead Lane, Buxton, NC 27920. Vendor shall provide delivery and off-load service.
This acquisition consists of (1) Contract Line Item (CLIN). The government reserves the right to award none, any or all of the bid options in any order. This project is located at the Great Smoky Mountains NP, multiple location.
SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote.
