Solicitation N00421-17-T-0168 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order. The software licenses must be International TechneGroup Inc under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. This purchase is for additional components. There is no alternative to work seamlessly with existing infrastructure. Request is set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
