This Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Solicited as restricted competitive basis. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated RFP issue date is 11/08/2019.
