Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is Bell Boeing Joint Project Office, CAGE 3B1R2. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR) to DLA Aviation. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 130 each, New Cumberland (PRLI 0001), FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 626 days ARO. ABVS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter Request for Proposal (RFP) IAW BOA.
A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Sole Source per (FAR 6.302).
