From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 71122725; and solicit as Unrestricted for approved sources of supply that retain data rights. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-18-R-1456 was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1680-01-510-6775, Cable, Aircraft, Mate for 75 each. Item is not Critical/Flight Safety (CSI) as verified on the CSI lists on August 15, 2018. Item is not Critical Application, nor is commercial item. Item is Configuration controlled and Export Controlled does not applies. Item production requirement is in accordance with Part Number-44030763AA requirements. Approved sources of supply: CAGE 94404; Raytheon Company, and CAGE 23386; Thales Defense & Security.
Required delivery objective is 410 days total. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
