CA Morro Bay Temporary Lodging
Residential space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
The United States Government is seeking a residential space, which will be used for crew rest of up to 6 individuals. The space needs to be within 1.5 miles of Station Morro Bay. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement review for the residential facility.

In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements.
Requirements:
1. 900 to 3200 SF space to be used as lodging
2. Space needs to be able to accommodate up to 6 individuals at any one time. Kitchen area, 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 2 twin size beds and a minimum 2 baths.
There must be able a minimum of two separate rooms in order to accommodate mixed gender lodging.
3. Space to be accessible on a 24/7/365 basis,
4. Space to be leased on a full service basis to include utilities and daily or weekly janitorial if extended stay or hotel with laundry facilities or if 3 bedroom 2 bath residence space for washer and dryer connections and without janitorial services.
5. If a residence, ability for Coast Guard to put in a phone line for voice/data/fax/internet capability.
6. 4 to 6 parking spaces
7. Occupancy not later than June 1, 2018
8. First year Lease Rate will be comparable value for the location.
9. Will consider leases with escalation rates
