C3 - Basketball Court Repairs
Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden intends to competitively award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for the repair of the Basketball court, Crestview Housing Area, USAG Wiesbaden, Germany.
Magnitude of Work: Estimated between $80,000.00 and $150,000.00
Performance Period: 120 calendar days.
Government's actual minimum needs: See attached SOW - Basketball Court.
This is a Request for Technical Proposals and will be conducted as a Two Step Sealed Bid under Subpart 14.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). It will be difficult to submit an acceptable proposal without attending the scheduled site visit, so all interested vendors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.
SITE VISIT: A one-time site visit for this requirement will be held.

TIME: 10:00 hours Central European Time (CET)
LOCATION: Crestview Housing Area, Plutoweg 15, 65205 Wiesbaden, Germany - Baskeball Court
No later than 10:00 hrs. Central European Time (CET) on 24 July 2019, interested vendors shall inform Martin Glueck, martin.glueck.ln@mail.mil and Dana N. Justice, dana.n.justice.civ@mail.mil of their intent to attend the site visit. This notification shall include the full names of all attendees. Only two (2) representatives from each vendor may attend the site visit.
Site visit attendees are required to be at the Basketball Court of Crestview Housing Area no later than 10:00 am on the scheduled date.
