Pharmaceutical company Eisai Inc., in coordination with the Alzheimer's Association, the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's research, care, and support, is inviting individuals with Alzheimer's disease and their caregivers across the United States to nominate local pharmacists for the 2011 C.A.R.E. In addition to being recognized, the winning pharmacist's local Alzheimer's Association chapter will receive a $2,500 donation for its vital support programs. Another $2,500 donation will be provided to the Alzheimer's Association chapter located in the region from which the most nominations are submitted.

To be eligible for the award, nominees must be licensed pharmacists involved in activities within the last year that have had a positive effect on Alzheimer's patients and/or their families.
