The Tourist Traffic Acts 1939-2003 enable Filte Ireland, to delegate to a contractor the majority of its inspection and associated functions in relation to Listed Serviced Accommodation. Tenders are now being sought from suitable and qualified external bodies to support the Industry Standards and Quality Division in carrying out these functions and further related functions in the Non-accommodation sector.
