Business and Marketing Strategy
The Organization is seeking proposals from qualified consulting organizations or individuals to provide a comprehensive feasibility analysis and marketing/financial/business plan for the social purpose enterprise.
The successful proposal must cover the following activities and deliverables:
1. Review the current status of the enterprise.
2. Provide the following key deliverables for the enterprise:
i. Conduct a feasibility analysis.
ii. Develop a marketing plan for maximizing revenue.
iii. Develop a financial plan for enterprise sustainability.
iv. Develop a business plan for successful execution of the enterprise.
3. Specify project timelines for the completion of the above deliverables. All project deliverables must be completed by May 31, 2010.
Your Proposal will describe how you will deliver the above, including resource utilization and project plan, as well as provide a detailed outline of the fee structure for the entire scope of the work, including all costs of the deliverables. Total budget of the proposal is not to exceed $10,000. Proposed project budget will be a consideration in the decision of the successful proposal.
