The Commissioner of the Department of Administrative and Financial Services is seeking proposals for an economic analysis of the State of Maine liquor business. The Department will host a bidders conference on September 3, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in Room 300, Burton Cross Building, 109 Sewall Street, Augusta, ME. Proposals will be publicly opened and the name of the bidder announced at the date, time and place specified above. Proposals actually received prior to the stated time will be considered; bidders submitting proposals by mail are responsible for allowing adequate time for delivery. There are no exceptions. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
