Business Transformation Assessments
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to receive proposals for a consulting group to
assist the Business Transformation team with conducting an assessment of the BCLC's
Finance and Corporate Services division. BCLC is committed to ongoing improvement and this
assessment is part of an overall program dedicated to maximizing efficiencies across the
corporation and enhancing alignment with the overall strategic plan. The assessment which
will include a review of the current state, a defined and documented vision and role of
Finance and Procurement, a defined and documented target operating state, initiatives
required to reach the target operating state, a prioritized roadmap and a strategic
business case outlining the value proposition.
