Business Process Documentation Project
The consulting firm/Business Analyst is expected to
manage the entire process documentation project. This will include documentation of all
applicable business processes for all applicable system modules/components. The consulting
firm/Business Analyst will coordinate all interactions between the Business Analyst and ABA
staff. ABA staff is located in two offices (i.e., Chicago, Il. with 700 employees and
Washington DC with 250 employees).
