Business Planning Services for State Designated Entity
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the services of a consultant, either an individual or a firm (hereafter "Contractor"), to assist Cal eConnect, Inc. with developing a business plan to support the continuation of the organization and its mission. Cal eConnect's current activities are primarily funded through a four-year federal Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) award. In order to continue to provide services that enable and sustain Health Information Exchange (HIE) in California, Cal eConnect must develop a plan to support its operations independent of the HITECH grant.
