Business Enabling Environment Reform Activity
The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) through its Mission in Serbia (USAID/Serbia), is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing the services described in the attached solicitation.
USAID/Serbia anticipates awarding one cost plus fixed fee term type contract with a period of performance of four (4) years. In order to understand the magnitude of USAID's requirement, the Government estimates 12,500 professional technical staff person days level of effort (this is an estimate only).
