Business Efficiency Study
The Children's Aid Society of the County of Bruce (CAS Bruce) and The Children's Aid Society of the County of Grey and the City of Owen Sound (CAS Grey) have undertaken to consolidate the two agencies to form one new Child Welfare Service for the two counties. The consolidation will take place on April 1, 2012.
The Society is seeking proposals from qualified proponents. The purpose is to:
review the practices and processes of both finance and business functions of the two Agencies;
assess the effectiveness of these;
provide recommendations to improve the Society's capacity to provide these specific services during and after the consolidation is complete.
