Business Continuity Management (bcm)and Operational Risk Software (ops)
The Bank invites qualified companies to submit proposals to provide a Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Risk Software (BCM-OPS), the configuration and implementation services necessary for its proper operation, and pre and post-implementation support.
The "BCM-OPS" will support and assist the Bank through the entire Business Continuity Management process to maintain, distribute and test continuity plans, providing a focal point for incident management as the units activate their continuity plans.
The comprehensive Operational Risk platform will identify, prioritize, manage, monitor and report on operational risks and provide the Bank with a systematic process to monitor performance in compliance with policies, limits and controls.
The Bank desires to purchase and implement software that meets both needs, and is soliciting technical solutions, cost proposals and specific information in order to acquire a system and services that accomplishes this goal.
To support its present and future needs, the Bank requires the new system to be flexible and robust. Users will need to access the system from remote sites in case of emergency and backup. The software's functionality must integrate the Business Continuity Management and Operational Risk modules.
Offerors must meet all the capabilities and expertise required in the Mandatory Criteria set forth below.
