Business Analyst Staff Augementation

State Court Administrators Office, Information Technology Division (State) is using a competitive selection process to select up to five (5) experienced Business Analysts to supplement state staff in the implementation of complex software functionality. The functionality already exists in the statewide Court Case Management System but has not been implemented beyond pilot sites. This is a request for bids that could become the basis for negotiations leading to a contract with one or more vendors to provide the supplemental analyst staff as described in this document.
