Business Analysis of Office of Child Support Financial Processes
The Vermont Department for Children and Families Office of Child Support (DCF-OCS) is seeking to establish service agreements with one (or more) companies that can provide a business analysis of the DCF-OCS case financial system and provide a recommendation for the most appropriate financial solution for DCF-OCS considering all factors realized during the business analysis. Additionally, at the discretion of the DCF-OCS, the selected vendor will use the information collected to develop a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a separate contract with a different vendor to implement the recommended solution.
