In order to improve the performance of the KYOET UI Program for tax functions, timely first payments and non-monetary determination of issues,
appeals and security of employer and claimant information, KYOET seeks to engage a CONTRACTOR with considerable professional
experience administering and delivering UI programs on the state leveli knowledge, experience and demonstrated proven results for the UI
program and experience in intensive, process-reengineering efforts (e.g., Kaizen ) involving UI or workforce programs.
