Business & Technology Assessment
The Department is seeking the services of a Consulting firm to conduct detailed assessment of its current business and systems operations. Based on this assessment, the Successful Offeror will develop a technology roadmap that will enhance and optimize efficiency in Department operations. The Department aspires to reduce costs, and modernize antiquated application systems to enhance business operations. The Department also strives to increase productivity by streamlining ineffective practices and revolutionizing the capability of its application systems within the enterprise. The Successful Offeror will develop and submit to the Department a comprehensive report containing recommendations regarding implementation of the roadmap, and implementation time and cost for the suggested roadmap.
