The City is soliciting proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to complete a site selection study and environmental analysis for a Bus Storage & Maintenance Facility (BSMF). The vision for the BSMF is to provide a Facility for the maintenance and indoor, heated storage of all the City-owned buses as well as office space for transit operations. The Facility design will need to incorporate flexibility so that future transit system expansions can be accommodated.
