Bus Camera/DVR Maintenance Services
The Authority currently operates approximately 750 transit buses and 45 service lanes that are equipped with either GE or Safety Vision security camera/digital video recorder (DVR) systems. The buses operate from nine (9) different bus garages that are located in the Washington DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia areas. The Authority requires the services of a contractor that can provide both corrective and preventative maintenance services of the camera/DVR systems. Proposers MUST demonstrate that they have experience in managing contracts of a comparable size involving the maintenance of video camera/DVR surveillance systems that wirelessly download data to computer servers and they must be certified by the manufacturers to service the above referenced equipment.
