Announcement Info : This is a federally funded project and requires the application of the Davis Bacon Wage Decision No. Fl20080044 02/08 2008 FL44. This project consists of but is not limited to the following: 1. The Contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision for the construction of a bus bay for Miami-Dade County Transit. The work shall include demolition, excavation, concrete slab, curb, and sidewalk construction, drainage installations, pavement marking, signage, and all incidentals necessary to the successful delivery of this project. 2. The contractor shall legally and properly dispose of debris generated during the course of providing the services outlined in the specifications and set of plans provided. 3. Permits f required, all prmits will be prepaid by the contractor and reimbursed by Miami-Dade Transit upon presentation of receipt certifying invoices for such permits were paid for by the contractor. It is further the responsibility of the contractor to notify all regulatory agencies having jurisdiction including DERM, other Miami-Dade County agencies and municipalities as require. Materials: The following Drainage System materials will be provided by Miami-Dade County Transit: 1. 1 each - P-48, CB (catch Basin) w Top Slab, 8" Wall w/ISF #4700-6233 F & G 2. 1 each - HDPE Baffle for 48" Round Structure an Pipe from 15"-24" 3. 60LFT - 24" HDPE Solid B/S 4. 20LFT - 24" HDPE Perforated B/S 5. 1 each - 24" End Cap Storm Seal 6. 1 each - 24" Split Coupler Band 7. 1 each - ACF P45/45 Woven Filter fabric 15' X3 28.1' NOTE: Davis Bacon General Wage Decision: FL20080044 02/08/2008 FL44 will be in efect on this project. Contract Duration: Sixty (60) calendar days subsequent to issuing of the Notice to Proceed. This project is location at: SW 152nd Street and SW 152nd Avenue, Miami, Florida.
