Burlingame Ranch Phase II Preconstruction Services/Contractor at Risk
The City of Aspen has issued a Request for Qualifications from builder/contractor firms to serve as a provider of preconstruction services and as a contractor at risk for Phase II of the Burlingame Ranch affordable housing development in Aspen, Colorado. The City of Aspen intends to implement a two-step selection process that includes a Qualification phase and a Proposal phase. During the Qualifications phase, the prequalification committee will conduct a qualifications-based evaluation of interested multifamily builders in order to create a shortlist of firms that will be invited to respond to a written Request for Proposals.
The evaluation criteria include but may not be limited to the following: experience and capabilities of management; preconstruction service; overall building; large-scale construction and multi-family construction; public projects; green building; and financial stability and capabilities.
