Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Fourth Floor Renovation Project
General Services Administration (GSA) has a requirement from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) who requires a space renovation in their occupied space in order to clearly divide public space from agency space, add sound attenuation in ceiling in the Director's Suite of offices, and to install security system enhancements compliant with GSA's HSPD-12 security system. A separate item on the price proposal shall include clerestory windows in BLM's Cadastral area. This will be a design/build effort in the James M. Fitzgerald Anchorage Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse (AFB), Anchorage, AK.
