This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) notice for Buoy Lidar Upgrade for two Lidar Buoy Systems which support Offshore Wind Resource Characterization.
Battelle Memorial Institute, Pacific Northwest Division (hereinafter “Battelle”), acting under contract with the DOE operating the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) has been tasked with managing two buoys at various locations around the United States, and with updating and managing the buoy resources.
