Bulverde Road Expansion RFP for Construction Manager at Risk
The City of San Antonio, Capital Improvements Management Services Department (CIMS) is soliciting proposals for the selection of a Construction Manager at Risk firm for the expansion of Bulverde Road between Loop 1604 and Evans Road. There will be a workshop regarding the Construction Manager at Risk Project Delivery Method on Monday, February 2, 2009, starting at 9:00 A.M., at the Citys Northeast Service Center, 10303 Tool Yard, San Antonio, Texas, which will be immediately followed by a Pre-Submission Conference specific to this project at 10:30 A.M. Attendance at the Workshop and Pre-Submittal Conference are optional, but strongly encouraged.
