This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are requested. This will be an IDIQ-Requirements contract. The solicitation number IBM14R0009 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Solicitation is set aside for small business firms. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. The NAICS code is 325998 and the small business size standard is $325,998. There will be a 2 month base period and four (4) 12 month option periods.
The evaluation factors are Technical Capability, Price and Past Performance. The Government intends to make award to the responsive and responsible offeror whose offer is determined to be the lowest price technically acceptable. See Evaluation Factors and Basis for Award. Successful offerors must be registerd in SAM (System Award Management), www.sam.gov.

Proposals may submitted by hardcopy letter and email. Faxed proposals are not acceptable. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the agency.
