Bulk Mailing Services
This Invitation for Bids is to establish a Price Contract for providing non-profit Bulk Mailing Service for the University. It is the intent of the University that all mailings which cannot for any reason be processed by the Bulk Mail Unit of the University Postal Services be done by the successful bidder. Non-envelope mailing generally consists of self-mailers i.e., 20 lb. bond, folded to #10 envelope size with the non-profit permit #51 imprinted on the address bearing side.
