Bulk Fuels System Quarterly Inspection and Maintenance

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation reference number is W911YN-14-T-1010 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74 effective 30 May 2014 and Defense Federal Acquisition Circular Notice DPN 20140605 effective 5 June 2014. This acquisition is being set aside for 100% for Small Business. NAICS Code 811310 applies to this requirement. The small business size standard is $7,000,000.00.
0001- Services Non Personal: The contractor is to provide supervision, transportation, labor, materials, equipment, fuel, and any other necessary item to provide quarterly fuel maintenance and inspection in accordance with the PWS. 4 Ea.
0002- Parts: The contractor is to provide all parts necessary to maintain the fuels bulk storage system in accordance with the PWS. All parts shall not exceed $2,500.00 annually. All parts are installed new. Refurbished parts are unacceptable. Invoices must be submitted to the COR and approved before parts can be ordered in support of this contract. 1 Ea
