The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a need for a Requirements Contract for Building and Grounds Maintenance Services at East Branch Lake in Wilcox, PA. The requirement includes grass mowing and trimming, herbicide application, and janitorial services. This procurement will be set aside for Total Small Businesses. The period of performance will be from 1 July 2014 through 30 June 2015, with two one-year option periods. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before receiving a contract award (go to www.sam.gov to register). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation through ASFI and Federal Business Opportunities (FBO.gov), therefore, requests for hardcopies of the solicitation will not be honored.
