Building Roof Replacement
The Work, in general, consists of removing the existing roofing system on all flat roof areas and installing a new modified bitumen roofing system (approximately 2,800 square feet). The Work (Scope), in general, also consists of overlaying the existing barrel vault (metal roof) with a fully adhered single ply roofing system (approximately 9,300 square feet). All roofs will include a 20-Year NDL warranty. The Scope of Work includes raising existing roof mounted air-handling units; installing a permanent fall protection system; replacing/rerouting a primary drain; and installing new overflow scuppers.
