Building Roof Replacement
The Work, in general, consists of removing the existing roofing system and installing a new modified bitumen roofing system over rigid board insulation including a 20-Year NDL warranty (approximately 17,000 square feet). The work also includes the installation of a fluid-applied elastomeric pedestrian coating inside existing penthouses; the installation of a permanent fall protection system; and the installation of overflow roof drains where shown in the drawings.
