Building Roof Replacement
The Work, in general, consists of removing the existing roofing system and installing a new modified bitumen roofing system including a 20-Year NDL warranty. The roof replacement project includes approximately 18,300 square feet of roof replacement at 30’-0” in height above grade and approximately 3,800 square feet of roof replacement at 235’-0” in height above grade. The work also includes the installation of a permanent fall protection system and the installation of overflow drains/scuppers where shown in the drawings.
