Building Renovation
1. Demolition of landscaping as required for construction access. New landscaping is required in thus contract.
2. Demolition of concrete paving sector at entrances. Replacement of concrete sidewalks up to existing curb and gutter.
3. Demolition of section of decorative fencing, and installation of new, motorized drive gates with under asphalt loop readers and vehicle detection systems.
1. Demolition of exterior wall system components including insulated wall panels system with integral windows. Renovation of exterior wall systems with new insulated steel panel system with integrated windows, plus masonry veneer at main level.
2. Basement (1,875s.f.) Replacement of HVAC equipment, boiler and pumps. New finishes on floors, walls, and miscellaneous metals.
3. First Level (6,443s.f.). Removal of all interior walls, flooring and ceiling except the existing core areas. Plumbing fixture replacement and toilet partition replacement inexisting restrooms. New office configuration with new floor, wall and ceiling finishes. New lighting and power systems. New fire alarm system and reconfiguration of the existing fire protection system.
4. Second Level (6,627 s.f.). Removal of all interior walls, flooring and ceilings except the existing core areas. Plumbing fixture replacement and toilet partition replacement in existing restrooms. New office configuration with new floor, wall and ceiling finishes. New lighting and power systems. New fire alarm system and reconfiguration of the existing fore protection system.
5. The incorporation of the Art in Transit Project as part of the new exterior insulated steel panel wall system. Refer to 01015 ART IN TRANSIT PROJECT.
