The work includes all labor, equipment and materials required for demolition of existing roof membrane, flashings and all associated roofing accessories to lightweight concrete deck. Installation of a new two ply mechanically fastened and torch applied roof system, polyisocyanurate insulation, densdeck, three plies of roof membrane and a capsheet applied in cold adhesive.
