Building Envelope Improvements
The project includes the following work: site demolition including paving, stairs, landscaping, and site furnishings; excavation and backfill at the building foundation; shoring; a new storm drainage system; landscape restoration, including irrigation and site furnishings; demolition and replacement of concrete footings, walls, paving, and stairs; demolition and replacement of foundation waterproofing; sheet metal flashing; repair of water damaged interior finishes, including gypsum wallboard, flooring, and door hardware; and miscellaneous electrical work.
