Building Demolition
The City is seeking Bids with proposals for demolition of residential building. The building may/may not have asbestos and lead materials inside. If involved, contractor shall identify, remove and dispose of any environmental hazard regulated by federal, state, and local laws to include but not limited to asbestos and lead. Demolition includes removal of the structure, miscellaneous debris associated with the structure, and all foundations and slabs. The property is to be graded to a level condition. The contractor shall be responsible for all utility disconnections.
